This experimental digital prototype of The Donkey Path, is a self-guided multimedia trail through the medina of Fes. Using QR codes and the ActionBound app, the experience invited participants on a walk enriched with stories, images, sounds, and reflections. It is designed to be accessible both in-person and remotely, encouraging a slower, more attentive mode of urban navigation, with donkeys as silent guides.
The trail offers content that explores the ecological, emotional, and cultural role of donkeys in the city—turning each step into a gesture of connection and discovery.
